WHAT WE OFFER?
We are happy to offer you pleasant, spacious accommodation in a South Bohemian cottage. We will be delighted if you spend a nice time here, relax, and recharge your energy.
The minimum stay is 2 nights. During summer holidays, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve the minimum stay is 5 nights. There is no limit to the maximum length of stay.
If you need a shorter stay for any reason, just contact me and I will be happy to agree on a solution that suits both sides.
WHAT IS THE PRICE FOR ACCOMMODATION?
Prices vary depending on the season, length of stay, and number of guests. Even though the cottage is large, we are happy to accommodate just a couple or a small family.
After receiving your request, we will send you our price offer. Once you confirm the date, number of guests, and price, we will issue an invoice payable within 14 days.
The full amount must be paid in advance to secure your reservation. After payment, your stay is firmly booked. Pets are not allowed.
WHAT IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL?
If you change your mind or something comes up, you can cancel your reservation anytime before arrival. Please call us in advance so we can try to find an alternative date that suits you better.
Cancellation must also be confirmed in writing by email to: chalupalisnice@gmail.com. We will send you a confirmation of cancellation within 3 days.
WHAT ARE THE CANCELLATION FEES?
– Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: free of charge, full refund.
– Cancellation 29–11 days before arrival: 30% of the amount is forfeited, the rest is refunded.
– Cancellation less than 10 days before arrival: 100% of the amount is forfeited.
HOW WILL YOU GET THE KEYS?
About 3–5 days before arrival we will send you detailed arrival instructions by email, including directions, the exact address, and the check-in time.
Check-in is contactless – you will receive a code to a lockbox where you can pick up the keys.
